Beet Energy Balls

1Using a food processor, chop beet and dates into very small pieces.beet: 1 (medium cooked), dates: 3/4 cup (pitted)

3Get a small portion and roll into a bite-size ball. You should be able to make about 10 to 12 mini balls, depending on the size.

5Place the balls in a pan and freeze until they harden.
