Beet Energy Balls

    Using a food processor, chop beet and dates into very small pieces.
    beet: 1 (medium cooked), dates: 3/4 cup (pitted)

    Then add peanuts , flour , coconut , chocolate chips , oats , cinnamon , and ?cocoa powder and blitz until you get a thick dough.

    Get a small portion and roll into a bite-size ball. You should be able to make about 10 to 12 mini balls, depending on the size.

    Coat them with coconut flakes or cocoa powder .
